This is my 3rd order from FCH in the last 4 months. The quality is fantastic, for such low prices. Customer service was great, shipping was fast, and the product is high quality. Was packaged extremely well upon shipping, almost to the point that it was frustrating to open! Great finish, quality construction. The Versaille is a unique humidor, fantastic quality and very well built. More room than you think. Seasoned fast and holds perfect humidity. Don't hesitate to buy from them, you won't find a better humidor at the same price. Very happy with my 3 humidors, and will return in the future once I run out of space.

Note: I always go for the digital hygrometer add-on. Mostly because all analog dial hygrometers suck, and the one that comes with by default is not great. Not a knock on FCH at all, just more that all analog dial hygrometers suck. Get the digital for $18 more. Calibrates easily, and a lot more accurate. (Posted on 12/29/21)

First, let me say this was my first order from 1st class cigars... Prior to this order I had placed a total of three orders at different companies. Each time the website said "in stock" only to have contact them and learn it was backorder. Not so with 1st class humidor. My one complaint, I checked the box for rush order and paid the fee, but after a few days of no shipping confirmation I left a message and what do you know, shipped same day and arrived two days later +/-.
Packaging was A+. 3 boxes and two sets of packing materials. Only gripe, zero instructions though pretty straightforward so long as you know to season.

Appearance - better in person than online and the size was as hoped. Two items of concern (no biggie to me). As others state hygrometer is WAY off and cheap but I have "adjusted it so we'll see - but when using the tool to adjust the internal cap came off so only one shot at adjustment. I have a digital so... 2nd odd item is give two humidifiers but only one holder. Odd as would definitely need to for size. Again no biggie as was planning on using beads.

Seasoning- so far so good. Holding humidity well so far as seal seems tight. Taking my time on Seasoning so have yet to put in cigars. Believe will be a non-issue but will update if I was wrong
Bottom line - a guy could do way worse at this price point but would struggle to do as good at similar price. If you get it, you be happy. Biggest reason I bought this one is came with two storage shelves with room for boxes in bottom. Not too many others offer that at this size and price point. This is a winner.

I searched all over online for a 300 ct humidor, all where like $800-$1200 price range, this humidor in person is immaculate nice finish to the outside. Let me begin by saying this is beautiful. As far as humidors go, this is a work of art - a stunning piece that fits in with high end furniture. The pictures do it no justice. It's larger than I thought it would be, and extremely heavy. The cedar inside smells heavenly. The humidor came intact with no blemishes, no broken glass and the packaging was incredible. It was a box inside a box inside another box - crammed with Styrofoam and bubble wrap. I have NEVER seen anything packaged as securely as this. I'm extremely appreciative of the care that was taken to ensure this came to me the way it was intended. It shows me this company takes pride in their product and that goes a long way in my eyes. If this works the way I'm sure it will, and I base that on what I have seen so far, this company will be my go to place for many years to come. They have a customer in me for life. Versaille Humidor, so far so good Review by Poseidon

I bought the versaille, figured it was beautiful and I love showcasing my cigars. I considered buying a newair coolidor but it just doesn't fit the idea to me. So after ordering it shipped very quickly and got here within a week! Came to the front door in good condition, then I realized it was a box, inside a box, inside a box, surrounded by foam.. so 5 stars on protection. It's now been 2 weeks, I've been seasoning it with boveda 84 packs, 12 of them. So far humidity it at 78, I'm going to make sure to fully season it before I stick my expensive sticks in there, but it has a great seal on it. The hygrometer is junk, 20 points off my digital, but that's to be expected. I'm contemplating continuing using boveda 72 packs for humidifying my cigars, or switch to a cigar Oasis. This thing is beautiful and well Crafted, the trays came with the step that holds them up slightly prying off, gave it a little press back in and some wood glue and it's holding strong. Will update this review in a month or two to see how it holds it's humidity (Posted on 7/9/19)
